1. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only after the RRDP server verifies a captured payment and issues a booking reference and QR. The ₹101 Prasad amount shown before payment forms part of the booking. If checkout is pending or interrupted, do not pay again until the status is checked.
2. One person, one collection
Each booking is for one person and one Prasad collection. The devotee must attend the Prasad counter at the Ranchi Railway Durga Puja pandal and follow queue and safety instructions. A booking does not guarantee priority entry, uninterrupted darshan or exemption from crowd controls.
3. QR validity
The issued QR does not expire merely because time has passed. It remains subject to cancellation or fraud controls and becomes permanently invalid immediately after the first successful staff scan. Do not publish, sell, copy or share it.
RRDP may ask for the booking reference or masked mobile number to resolve a genuine access problem.
4. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Festival schedules may change for safety, weather, railway, police or religious-operational reasons. If RRDP cancels or cannot fulfil a paid offering, it will communicate the available replacement or refund process. Other requests are reviewed under the checkout notice, applicable law and the payment facts.
Approved refunds return through the original payment method and bank/provider processing time applies.
5. Correct details and fair use
The devotee must provide usable contact information and review the ₹101 Prasad booking before paying. Automated abuse, duplicate claims, QR resale, payment-reversal abuse or interference with scanner/admin systems is prohibited and may lead to cancellation or investigation.
6. Privacy and governing rules
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. These terms operate with applicable Indian law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
